Austria ranks top half at the National Informatics Olympiad
Student coders hurdled the two-five hour rounds during the National Olympiad in Informatics (NOI.PH) Finals on March 23-24, 2024 at the Ateneo de Manila University.
Christian Jake S. Austria, Grade 12-Physics Track, emerged as one of the Honorable Mention awardees for ranking in the top half of any contest day.
Prior to this, Jake was among the 30 finalists during the NOI.PH’s elimination round on February 11. Sir John Rainier Joaquin of the Computer Science Unit was Jake’s coach.
NOI.PH is an annual programming contest for Filipino high school students. Top scorers in the contest are trained for the International Olympiad in Informatics.
