QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:
Education: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field; Knowledgeable in Information System Development (Java, Visual Basic, VB. NET, MS SQL, Joomla, Windows Server 2003-2008, Unix/LINUX, Windows XP, VISTA & 7;
Experience: At least 2 yrs experience in programming specifically in php/mysql Or other subject oriented technologies; Client-server and/or web-based business applications using Application Design & Development Methodologies; Basic skills on networking & understanding firewalls & proxies required; Preferably with at least 1 year working experience specializing in IT/Computer-software, IT/Computer- Network/System/Database Admin or equivalent
Training: With at least 8 hrs training Certificate related to information technology (IT);
Dedicated to continuing education in ICT
